Columbia Beach Resort made its debut along the pristine 2km-long, Blue Flag-honoured coast of Pissouri Bay in 2002. Intimate, quaint, authentic, pastoral, and personal: the Resort has long served as a serene space, a refuge, and thus it is no surprise that the worldwide-revered Small Luxury Hotels of the World welcomed Columbia Beach Resort into its boutique collection. Unrivalled for space along Pissouri Bay – being the only hospitality option of its kind here – the Resort has come to embody the ethereal and awe-inspiring nature of Pissouri.

Accommodation

Now, driven dynamically by dialogue with our guests, the Resort is undergoing a metamorphosis: a landmark renovation. Upon completion, Columbia Beach Resort will be spread over 75,000 m²; demonstrating the level of space and luxury which will be offered to guests in the future; it will boast a total of 169 multi-purpose suites, with guests being invited to choose from Inland, Garden, Pool, Side Sea, and Sea Views, and categories spanning Junior, Executive, One- and Two-Bedroom Suites, the latter largely nestled to the east of the Resort. Appointed in warm neutral tones and soft blues, the suites – spanning 43m²-84m² - are further embellished by rustic wooden furniture, large bathrooms with double or large single basins, bathtub, and separate showers, and a host of luxury amenities, including a Nespresso machine and Molton Brown toiletries. Select suites are even home to a working fireplace, and private plunge pool, with the addition of an air-conditioned elevator to deliver guests to the Eagle’s Nest Executive Suites situated on the scenic hillside on the highest peak of the Resort’s grounds.

Further to the health benefits engendered by the very nature of golf, the backdrop of the wonderfully Mediterranean landscape, with its kaleidoscope of greens and blues, rolling hills and calm seas, is awe-inspiring: sure to elevate even the most seasoned of golfer’s game. Columbia Beach Resort collaborates closely with the island’s four championship level 18-hole golf courses in ensuring that our guests – both novice, and avid, golfers – are facilitated the golfing experience that their hearts desire.
